Historiquement, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une physiologie qui nous permettrait de courir \/ marcher lentement \/ courir lentement sur des kilom\u00e8tres pour traquer et tuer des esp\u00e8ces plus puissantes en les fatiguant, et nous avons tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9ussi! Nous n\u2019avons certainement pas d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9s physiques pour faire face \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de soccer multidirectionnelles explosives telles que le sprint, les virages, les torsions, les sauts et les coups de pied. Par cons\u00e9quent , compte tenu de la pr\u00e9disposition inh\u00e9rente de notre constitution g\u00e9n\u00e9tique en termes \u00e9volutifs, il semblerait que la seule fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9velopper des capacit\u00e9s physiques multiples sp\u00e9cifiques au soccer serait par la pratique volontaire (Balyi 2014).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les jeunes joueurs de soccer entrant dans les \u00abann\u00e9es d&rsquo;investissement\u00bb (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 18 ans) sont dans une p\u00e9riode favorable de leur vie pour d\u00e9velopper des qualit\u00e9s physiques sp\u00e9cifiques au soccer, principalement en raison du taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&rsquo;hormones de croissance circulant dans tout le corps (Venturelli et al 2008).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-866\" src=\"https:\/\/learn.beyondpulse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Phase3LIGHTBGvert_kid-1024x401.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"401\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualit\u00e9s physiques sp\u00e9cifiques au Soccer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technique et tactique (avec et sans hors du ballon)<\/li>\n<li>Force (sous-tend tous les mouvements sp\u00e9cifiques au soccer)<\/li>\n<li>Puissance (sauter, donner des coups de pied, tacler)<\/li>\n<li>Vitesse (acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration, vitesse maximale, changement de direction)<\/li>\n<li>Agilit\u00e9 (capacit\u00e9 cognitive)<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9s a\u00e9robies et ana\u00e9robies (aptitude au sprint r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement de multiples qualit\u00e9s physiques<\/strong> est une valeur fondamentale du fait que nous pouvons nous concentrer sur la force, la puissance, les qualit\u00e9s a\u00e9robies et ana\u00e9robies d\u00e8s le premier jour de la pr\u00e9-saison, afin que les joueurs soient conditionn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re optimale pour pouvoir supporter les exigences du soccer une fois que la saison de comp\u00e9tition commence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette activit\u00e9 simple (voir la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous), le joueur doit acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rer, faire la transition entre la course en avant, de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et arri\u00e8re. Il doit \u00e9galement changer de direction, se concentrer sur la fr\u00e9quence des foul\u00e9es (pieds rapides) dans les \u00e9chelles et les obstacles, puis sur la longueur de la foul\u00e9e (distance entre le point de d\u00e9part et le toucher) lors de la fin de la course sur le dernier aspect de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. En manipulant la complexit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exercice, le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;exercice et les p\u00e9riodes de repos intermittentes, nous sommes en mesure de cibler des adaptations physiologiques sp\u00e9cifiques. Par exemple, si nous souhaitons am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 ana\u00e9robique d\u2019un joueur, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer des sprints r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s pendant une partie, nous pourrions lui demander de courir \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 dans des activit\u00e9s d\u2019une dur\u00e9e comprise entre 10 et 25 secondes, avec 40 \u00e0 60 secondes de repos entre chaque r\u00e9p\u00e9tition (5 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions maximum). Ils r\u00e9p\u00e8tent ensuite ce cycle deux fois de plus avec une p\u00e9riode de repos de 3 minutes entre chaque cycle (3 cycles au total). Des activit\u00e9s de soccer plus longues (entre 30 et 80 secondes) sont excellentes pour am\u00e9liorer les niveaux de forme a\u00e9robie (VO2max). La prescription pour les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et les cycles d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement a\u00e9robique est similaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;exemple ana\u00e9robique donn\u00e9 ci-dessus, mais le joueur ne pourra pas maintenir une intensit\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour la course pendant l&rsquo;activit\u00e9.
