Todd Beane, CEO and Founder of the TOVO Institute and son in law of the late great Johan Cruyff joined Tom Shields and Mark Wilson Thursday for a quite incredible conversation that challenged conventional wisdom and offered an alternate look at how we could redesign Coaching Education so that it wasn’t “A*s Backwards”. Todd’s passion for change jumped out the screen as he eloquently suggested there is a need for; Coaches, Clubs and Federations to be open to exploring ways to evolve, for both the good of the game and the children in our charge.
