Tosh Farrell – Advice for how to manage and nurture top talent

Everton FC’s legendary former Youth Academy Technical Coordinator Tosh Farrell joined Tom Shields and Mark Wilson today for a trip down memory lane to the time when he was responsible for overseeing the program that produced the likes of England’s greatest ever goalscorer Wayne Rooney, Chelsea and England midfielder Ross Barkley and former Manchester City midfielder Jack Rodwell. All of these players of course also featured in the First Team at Everton, and Tosh tells us all about how they were nurtured and taught in their time as teens during this enthralling hour long conversation.
